My Story
I did not plan to become a Realtor. But looking back, I can see clearly that God had a plan for me all along — and it started long before I ever knew what that plan was.
My name is Minnie Kim. I was born in Korea, and I came to America as a young woman with a dream — not just for a better life, but for a bigger world. I wanted to learn, to grow, to experience everything America had to offer. That dream led me to UCLA, where I studied Psychology and Linguistics — two subjects that prepared me perfectly for a life built on understanding people and truly listening to what they need.
It was during my time at UCLA that God gave me something I never expected — through a circle of friends, I met my husband. He is from right here in Orange County, and when we fell in love, Orange County became my home too. We got married, put down roots, and built our life together in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Real estate found me before I found it. The moment I helped my first family find their home — the moment I handed over those keys and saw the look on their faces — I knew this was not just a career. This was a calling.
For nearly 10 years I have had the privilege of serving families across North Orange County — helping them buy, sell, and find the place where their story begins. Every transaction I have ever worked on has been guided by one simple belief: this is not just about a house. This is about someone’s life.

Faith & Work
My Christian faith is not separate from my work — it is my work. Every client I serve, I serve as if I am serving God. I pray for my clients. I pray over their decisions. I pray that the right home finds the right family at the right time.
That means I will always tell you the truth — even when it is hard to hear. I genuinely care about your family’s wellbeing. I do not believe finding the right home is always just about square footage and zip codes. I believe it is about peace. It is about the feeling you get when you walk through a door and something inside you says — this is it.

Beyond Real Estate
When I am not helping clients find their dream home, I am living mine. I am a wife to a wonderful husband who shares my entrepreneurial spirit, and a proud mother to two incredibly bright and active children — a daughter born in 2019 and a son born in 2022. Our family is rooted in God, love, and the belief that His plan is always greater than our own.

As a Korean-American Realtor fluent in both Korean and English — and a UCLA graduate in Psychology and Linguistics — I have a deep understanding of how people communicate and what they truly need.
